2. Registration
Users can create an account on the websites under the fpf.pt domain by filling out the registration form, providing a valid email address, and accepting these Terms and Conditions. Registration is unique and guarantees automatic login on all websites under the fpf.pt domain. By registering, users also become members of Portugal+, the official fan community of the Portuguese Football National Teams, gaining access to exclusive offers, priority articles and content, FPF products, participation in contests, and the Portugal+ exclusive newsletter. Users can access their personal area and modify their data at any time. If users choose not to register, they may still make purchases in the Ticket Office and the Portugal Store without creating a user profile.

The fpf.pt domain is registered in accordance with the .PT Domain Registration Regulations and is owned by the FPF, NIPC 500 110 387, headquartered at Avenida das Seleções, 1495-433 Cruz Quebrada - Dafundo.

5.1. The fpf.pt website provides information on FPF activities, including football promotion and development, and offers services of interest to enhance participation in the sport. It publishes results, decisions, deliberations, appointments, directives, regulations, and official statements for correct, serious, and proper use by interested parties.
5.2. Match results only become official upon regulatory approval.
5.3. The FPF promptly updates and corrects any identified errors accurately and effectively.
5.4. The FPF is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect interpretation of any content on fpf.pt. The content does not constitute professional, legal, or other advice, and users should consult a qualified professional for specific guidance when necessary.
6. Copyright and Industrial Property
6.1. All content and pages available on websites under the fpf.pt domain are either licensed or operated under authorization by the FPF and belong to the FPF.
6.2. Users acknowledge that FPF-owned content is protected by copyright and related rights, as well as other applicable laws. The FPF does not tolerate any violations of intellectual property, industrial property, or personality rights.
6.3. All content and services available on fpf.pt are owned by the FPF or authorized third parties and are protected by national and international laws and regulations.

8.2. In the event of service disruptions, the FPF will promptly restore functionality but disclaims responsibility for financial or non-financial damages resulting from proper or improper access or use of fpf.pt.

9. Online Ticket Sales
9.1. Online Ticket Office
9.1.1. Users wishing to purchase tickets for an FPF-organized match must access the "Online Ticket Office" section, select the match, category, area, sector, seat, and the number of tickets according to the limits set by the FPF.
9.1.2. For the final of the Portuguese Cup, the FPF sells tickets to all fans, with availability subject to the number of tickets allocated under regulatory and protocol conditions.
9.1.3. For UEFA European Championship or FIFA World Cup qualifiers, the opposing federation's fans are entitled to a percentage of tickets as per regulations, provided they prove their nationality with a valid passport.
9.1.4. All FPF-organized matches reserve specific seating for individuals with disabilities or impairments, subject to stadium capacity and requiring a request form with a valid medical disability certificate
9.1.5. Users enter a waiting queue when ticket requests exceed availability.
9.1.6. The assigned waiting list number reflects the order of preference but does not guarantee ticket purchase.
9.1.7. Users receive continuous updates on the status of their request.
9.1.8. Ticket purchases must be completed within ten (10) minutes. If not completed within this timeframe, users must reactivate their registration.
9.1.9. The FPF is not responsible for incorrect information entry, system interruptions, or internet malfunctions.
9.1.10. The "Online Ticket Office" contains all ticket category information and prices.
9.1.11. Tickets may be paid via Credit Card (VISA or MASTERCARD), PayPal, Multibanco, or MBWay. Credit card payments require providing the card number, expiration date, and security code (CVV).
9.1.12. After payment, users receive a confirmation email with the downloadable ticket.
9.1.13. Tickets can only be exchanged for the same or higher category due to security or organizational reasons.
9.1.14. Tickets allow single-entry only.
9.1.15. Tickets cannot be used for commercial or promotional purposes, resold, exchanged, or refunded, except in cases of match postponement, cancellation, or behind-closed-doors events.
9.1.16. The conditions for access and stay of spectators in the sports venue bind ticket holders.
9.1.17. When the match is held abroad, the FPF sells the tickets made available by the organizing federation, exclusively intended for Portuguese citizens, for a specific sector according to the physical separation of supporters under the applicable FIFA/UEFA regulations, and informs about the method for collection after the information is provided by the foreign federation.
9.1.18. The ticket holder is responsible for it; in case of loss or poor preservation, no duplicate will be issued.
9.1.19. Sale of tickets by FPF-authorized partners: The sale of tickets by FPF-authorized partners is subject to all the rules set out in this Regulation, except for those that exclusively concern online ticket sales.
9.1.20. The ticket holder is responsible for it; in case of loss or poor preservation, no duplicate will be issued, nor claims made to the FPF Authorized Partner.
9.1.21. Payment for tickets will be determined according to the payment methods made available by FPF Authorized Partners and is exclusively their responsibility.
9.2. Spectator access conditions
9.2.1. Spectator access conditions to the sports venue are determined by Law No. 40/2023 of August 10, which makes the fifth amendment to Law No. 39/2009 of July 30, establishing the legal framework for security and combating racism, xenophobia, and intolerance in sports events:
9.2.1.1. Be over six years old, which may be waived by signing a liability term by the minor's parents, legal representatives, or an adult accompanying the minor, provided they are duly identified at the time of access to the sports venue;
9.2.1.2. Possess a valid entry ticket and a photo identification document;
9.2.1.3. Consent to the capture and reproduction of their image and sound, including their identification and recognition through any means of communication, namely on social media, for any lawful purposes, including promotional ones;
9.2.1.4. Not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, psychotropic substances, or similar products;
9.2.1.5. Agree to undergo control and screening tests under the direction of security forces assigned to the match;
9.2.1.6. Not chant racist or xenophobic slogans or incite violence;
9.2.1.7. Not display posters, flags, symbols, or other signs with offensive, violent, racist, xenophobic, sexist, provocative, political, religious, ideological messages, or that in any way incite violence or discrimination;
9.2.1.8. Accept and respect the internal regulations regarding the prevention and punishment of acts of violence, racism, xenophobia, and intolerance in sports events, as well as the internal security and public space usage regulations;
9.2.1.9. Not carry materials or clothing with commercial, advertising, or promotional references unless provided by the FPF at the entrance to the match;
9.2.1.10. Not carry video cameras or other video recording equipment, or cameras with long-range lenses, except for private use and only with one set of spare or rechargeable batteries;
9.2.1.11. Not carry beverages;
9.2.1.12. Consent to personal and belongings searches for prevention and security purposes, including pat downs, to detect and/or prevent the entry or possession of prohibited objects or substances that could enable acts of violence;
9.2.1.13. Consent to the collection of images and sound under personal data protection laws;
9.2.1.14. Not wear or carry any accessory that fully or partially conceals the face;
9.2.1.15. Not be subject to coercive measures, injunctions, or conduct rules preventing access to sports venues, nor be subject to a sanction or precautionary measure of banning access to sports venues, imposed by the APCVD or the organizer/promoter.
9.2.1.16. Not carry or bring objects, materials, or substances that could pose a security threat, disrupt the match process, obstruct the visibility of other spectators, cause harm to people or property, and/or enable acts of violence, including:
a. Balls, umbrellas, helmets;
b. Animals, except guide dogs or police dogs when allowed under the law;
c. Flagpoles or similar items;
d. Any type of weapons, ammunition or their components, as well as any blunt objects, including knives, darts, tools, or syringes;
e. Projectiles of any kind such as bolts, wood or metal pieces, stones, glass, cans, bottles, cups, mugs, packaging, boxes, or any containers that can be thrown and cause injury;
f. Bulky objects such as ladders, stools, or chairs;
g. Fire extinguishers, corrosive or flammable substances, explosives, fireworks, flares, paints, smoke bombs, or other pyrotechnic materials;
h. Aerosol gas cans, corrosive or flammable substances, paints, or containers holding harmful or flammable substances;
i. Horns, megaphones, radios, and other noise-producing instruments;
j. Laser pointers or other light devices capable of causing physical harm or disturbing the concentration or performance of players and other sports personnel;
k. Video cameras or other video recording equipment or cameras.
9.2.1.16.1 The previous clause does not apply to the use of flags, banners, and other accessories of considerable size used in choreographies promoted by the FPF, widely implemented in the sports venue, provided they are previously authorized by the FPF and security forces.
9.2.1.17. Non-compliance with access conditions results in the prohibition of entry to the sports venue without a ticket refund.
9.3. Spectator stay conditions in the sports venue:
9.3.1. Comply with the internal security and public space usage regulations of the stadium;
9.3.2. Maintain compliance with access and security conditions;
9.3.3. Not obstruct access and evacuation routes, especially emergency routes, without prejudice to their use by persons with disabilities and impairments;
9.3.4. Not climb structures and facilities not intended for public use, particularly facades, fences, walls, metal nets, barriers, lighting posts, camera platforms, trees, masts, or any type of roofs, tunnels, shields, and other devices or constructions;
9.3.5. Not enter the field of play or the surrounding area;
9.3.6. Not access reserved or non-public areas;
9.3.7. Not move from one sector to another;
9.3.8. Not write, paint, or affix anything to the facilities or corridors of the sports venue;
9.3.9. Not throw any objects or liquids inside the sports venue;
9.3.10. Not use fireworks, any other pyrotechnic devices, or similar effects;
9.3.11. Not insult or disrespect national symbols through any means of communication with the public;
9.3.12. Not consume alcoholic beverages in areas not designated for this purpose;
9.3.13. Not sell goods or tickets, distribute printed material, or engage in any promotional or commercial activity;
9.3.14. Not record, transmit, or broadcast sounds, images, descriptions, or match results, in whole or in part, by any means, or assist others in such activities, except for strictly private use;
9.3.15. Not engage in violent acts, display posters, flags, symbols, or chant slogans that are racist, xenophobic, incite violence, racism, or any form of discrimination, or that express political ideology.
9.3.16. Comply with the instructions of the FPF, security personnel, sports venue assistants, police, firefighters, or emergency services, including in cases requiring seat reassignment.
9.3.17. Non-compliance with stay conditions results in removal from the sports venue without a ticket refund.
10. Complaints
If you experience difficulties accessing or navigating the websites at fpf.pt, you may submit a complaint by filling out the form available on the website under the heading "Contact Us", specifying the reason in the subject field. Responses will be sent to the email address provided by the User.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All matters regulated by these terms and conditions are subject to Portuguese law. In case of dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions, the competent jurisdiction is the Lisbon West district court.
Pursuant to Article 18 of Law No. 144/2015, of September 8, the FPF informs consumers that, in case of dispute, they have the option to resort to Alternative Dispute Resolution entities. Click here to see the list of all entities available to consumers.
12. Online Store
12.1. Use of Content
12.1.1. All content included in http://portugalstore.fpf.pt/pt/ (logos, images, videos, and texts) is the property of FPF.
12.1.2. Any modification, copying, distribution, transmission, publication, licensing, or creation of derivative works based on the Online Store content is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
12.1.3. The FPF may, at any time and at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any of the content available on the website without prior notice and without any obligation to compensate third parties for such modifications.
12.1.4. The User agrees to browse and use this website in compliance with applicable legislation, refraining from using this platform and its contents for activities that are unlawful, immoral, unethical, or infringe on third-party rights and interests.
12.2. General Conditions for the Sale of Goods or Services
12.2.1. Contract Formation
Contracts are concluded electronically via the website, in Portuguese or English, depending on the User’s preference.
12.2.2. Order Error Correction
Errors in the order that are solely attributable to the customer can only be corrected if the order has not yet been shipped. To request a correction, the customer must contact us through the designated form. The correction will only be considered valid after written confirmation from the FPF.
12.3. Product
12.3.1. Product warranty periods begin from the moment the paid order is dispatched by the FPF to the User’s designated address.
12.3.2. Personalization is only available for products specifically identified as eligible.
12.3.3. Personalization can include letters, numbers, and badges, which are identified for each item and are subject to character limits according to the product.
12.3.4. Changes to personalized orders that have already been paid for are not possible.
12.4. Price
12.4.1. The price of online products is always displayed in euros (€), including VAT at the applicable legal rate.

12.7.2. Credit card payments are subject to verification and authorization by the issuing entity. If authorization is denied, the FPF is not responsible for any delay or failure in order delivery and may refuse to enter a contract with the User.
12.7.3. The FPF is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of electronic communication means, including but not limited to failures, delays, interceptions, or manipulations of communications or transmission of viruses.
12.7.4. Payment details are confidential and will only be used by the FPF for transaction processing.
12.8. Shipping Costs
12.8.1. The delivery of orders is subject to the shipping fees applicable at the time of purchase, depending on the shipping method and order weight.
12.8.2. Shipping costs include VAT at the applicable legal rate.
12.8.3. For shipments to non-EU countries, customs duties may apply, which are the customer’s sole responsibility. If the order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will bear the re-shipping costs.
12.8.4. Orders will be delivered by mail or courier to the address specified at the time of purchase.
12.8.5. The User will be notified by email about their order status. If delivery fails due to the recipient’s absence, the User will receive a notification from the courier with instructions for pickup or rescheduling.
12.8.6. If no rescheduling is requested and multiple delivery attempts fail, the order will be returned to the warehouse.
12.9. Right of Withdrawal
12.9.1. The User has the right to withdraw from the contract and receive a full refund without justification or compensation, as provided by law.
12.9.2. Except where explicitly indicated, the User may return or exchange products within 30 days of receiving the order.

13. Portugal+
13.1 What is Portugal+?
Portugal+ is the official fan community of the Portuguese Football Teams, created by the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF). This community aims to bring together a fanbase by providing them with the benefits described in section 13.2.
13.2 Benefits of Portugal+
13.2.1. The benefits included in the program are considered expressly, voluntarily, and unreservedly accepted upon joining the program.
13.2.2. Joining Portugal+ is free of charge.
13.2.3. Fans will receive the following benefits:
a) Fans will, whenever possible, have priority access to FPF products;
b) Fans can participate in contests and exclusive initiatives of Portugal+;
c) Access to Portugal+ can be made through portugal.fpf.pt;
d) Once logged into Portugal+, all fans can participate in its initiatives and activities;
e) Fans will have access to the membership offers available at the time of joining;
f) Fans will have access to articles and exclusive content for Portugal+;
g) Fans will receive the exclusive Portugal+ newsletter;
h) Portugal+ may provide additional benefits to those available at the time of joining or alter existing benefits.
13.2.4. The FPF reserves the right to change the benefits of Portugal+ without prior notice whenever it deems appropriate.
13.3 Suspension or cancellation by the FPF
13.3.1. Each fan is entitled to one access per person to Portugal+. Anyone who makes multiple registrations for the same person may have their membership canceled or suspended.
13.3.2 The FPF reserves the right to suspend or cancel a fan's membership whenever there is inappropriate or abusive use of Portugal+ including, but not limited to, situations such as: the use of improper or obscene language, attempts or manipulation of contests and competitions, behaviors that encourage violence or discrimination of any kind.
14. Portugal Football School
14.1 What is the Portugal Football School?
The Portugal Football School (PFS) is the FPF's training and research unit, whose central and dynamic activity is research in football, futsal, beach soccer, and efootball, closely linked to the training offer to be developed and community intervention activities and support for public policies to be implemented. One goal of this unit is to empower and qualify various sports agents responsible for promoting football in Portugal, whether they are coaches, referees, managers, players, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, or other participants.
14.2. Users interested in acquiring training offers should access the PFS area of the site through the link https://portugalfootballschool.fpf.pt/, where they can consult all information regarding available courses to which they can apply.
14.3 The price of the training offers is always presented in the selected training offer brochure.
14.4 When proceeding to conclude the training offer, namely for payment, the User has the following payment methods available:

15. eFootball
15.1 What is eFootball?
FPF eFootball is the Gaming & Esports division of the FPF responsible for promoting Football Esports competitions, the electronic sport related to football.
The concept of Esports is an organized form of individual or collective video game competition that can cover various genres, from strategy to fantasy, including combat sports and football. Following this increasing trend deeply rooted in society, the FPF decided to create an Esports division that sought to form a community of virtual football players with the clear and unequivocal objective of fostering an online gaming culture that prioritizes participation, respect, and competition among players.
With this new measure, the FPF intends to provide better conditions for the development of national gaming talent, create new competitive forms, and give an additional boost for the practice to continue to develop.
This platform features official competitions and tournaments with attractive "prize moneys" for everyone, and there will also be specialized events of interest to the many participants in this practice.
15.2 How can I participate?
To participate in Football Esports competitions, the user must be at least 16 years old and have registered through the FPF / eFootball site.
15.3 Participation:
Participation in FPF eFootball competitions can be done individually or through a club.
15.4 Prizes:
The prizes for the competitions are specified in the respective competition regulations.
16. Joga+
16.1. What is Joga+?
Joga+ is a mobile application (app) by the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) aimed at bringing together all Portuguese enthusiasts of football, futsal, and beach soccer. This app seeks to interact with all supporters and participants. It also aims to simplify coordination with registered participants, enabling inclusion, integration, and accessibility, by providing data about their games.
16.2. Who can register on the Joga+ app?
The application registration is accessible to anyone. However, if the user is under 13 years old, they must provide a phone number and guardian details to authorize their registration in the app. When the user turns 13 years old and has associated their phone number, they will become autonomous in managing the app.
16.3. Suspension or Cancellation of the Account
Users may, at any time, temporarily suspend their account or cancel it. In the event of account cancellation, the user's data will be removed from the Joga+ app, including all personal information provided by them or their guardian. The FPF reserves the right to suspend or cancel the use of the application by a particular user in case of inappropriate or abusive use of the Joga+ app, including, but not limited to, situations such as: use of improper or obscene language or content, behaviors that encourage violence or discrimination of any kind.
16.4. Discounts and Promotions
There may be promotional discounts for products/events to be determined, for new users or already registered users. The FPF reserves the right to terminate or cancel such promotions or discounts, as well as any promotional campaign as it sees fit.
16.5. Legislation and Jurisdiction
Terms and Conditions of Use of the FPF's Joga+ app, as well as the relationships established between the FPF and the user, are governed by the prevailing Portuguese legislation. Any disputes that may arise between the FPF and the user shall be submitted to the courts of the West Lisbon Comarca, with express renunciation of any other jurisdiction.
17. Personal Data and Confidentiality
17.1. Processing of Personal Data
The Portuguese Football Federation (FPF), a non-profit entity of public utility, constituted as a private law association, whose main objective is to promote, regulate, and lead, at the national level, the teaching and practice of football in all its variants and competitions, with exclusive competence in Portugal to organize National Teams in the modality, is the entity responsible for processing the personal data collected through the websites in the fpf.pt domain. The legal basis for data processing is the consent given at the time of registration. Personal data is processed in strict respect and compliance with the provisions of the personal data protection legislation in force at each moment, for the purposes of using the websites in the fpf.pt domain. The FPF uses other entities that process personal data on its behalf for certain services, namely communication service providers, auditing entities, entities that provide consulting services and/or entities that provide IT management services. Any subcontracted entity of the FPF will process the personal data of the Data Subjects, on behalf of and by account of the FPF, in strict compliance with its instructions. The FPF ensures that such entities offer sufficient guarantees of the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing meets the requirements of the applicable law and ensures the security and protection of the rights of the Data Subjects. The FPF implements a set of procedural and technological measures to ensure the security of personal data processing in all database systems, whether carried out by the FPF or by companies hired by it. Regarding privacy and personal data protection, the FPF's obligations to the user, as the Data Subject, are obligations of means; therefore, by accessing the Platforms and Contents, the user acknowledges and accepts the risks inherent to such activity in the digital and electronic environment, namely illegal access, misappropriation, alteration, and/or unauthorized disclosure, improper erasure, and dissemination of malicious software (computer viruses). The FPF notifies the user of its app promptly, without undue delay, whenever there is a breach of their personal data likely to involve a high risk to their rights and freedoms.
17.2 Processing of Personal Data of Minors
The FPF does not process the personal data of minors under thirteen (13) years of age, except if their parents or guardians previously consent. The FPF reserves the right to verify, through the means it deems appropriate, the age indicated in the form and may refuse registration in cases where the user is not of legal age to do so.
18. Consent Management
The User may at any time oppose the processing and/or revoke the consent given at the time of unique registration, with their data being erased, along with the login and password for access to the reserved area for users on websites under the fpf.pt domain. To do this, the User should send their request in writing, preferably through the contact form on the website fpf.pt, selecting the subject "Personal Data," or alternatively, by email to dpo@fpf.pt or by letter addressed to the Data Protection Officer at Avenida das Seleções, 1495-433, Cruz Quebrada – Dafundo. The user also has the right to consult, change or rectify their data. For more information on this matter, please refer to section 16.1. If the User is under thirteen (13) years of age, they must request authorization from their parents or legal representatives before: contacting the websites under the fpf.pt domain; sending any information request to the websites under the fpf.pt domain; purchasing any product online on the websites under the fpf.pt domain. All minors are advised to share these Terms and Conditions with their parents or legal representatives before completing the registration process
If the User does not wish to register, they can at any time make the desired purchase without creating a user profile, providing only the essential data for the transaction.
